Our crops come from seven different Andean zones of Peru, each with the most ideal characteristics for their cultivation.

The methods used in the production and processing of PACIFIC FRUIT ensure that our fruit maintains its essential characteristics, including taste, texture, smell, and nutrients.

Our entire process is subject to strict health standards, and we work to ensure that the pulp of our premium fruits preserves its dietary and health properties. The process additionally allows the packages of pulp to be stored without the need for refrigeration.

History

We are leaders in the export of Peruvian fruit pulp. Peru is recognized around the world for its immense biodiversity, given that it is home to 84 of the 114 microclimates existing in the world, and 75% of the planet’s known ecosystems. What’s more, 60% of all plant products currently consumed around the world are native to Peru.

In recent years, the country’s economic growth has helped make it a world leader in fruit exports. Peruvian fruit and vegetable exports totaled US$ 2.154 billion in 2015, twenty times what Peru exported in 2000.

Peru’s agricultural quality and diversity, and the creativity of its citizens, have driven the growth of its culinary industry. For the last four years, our country has been designated the best culinary destination in the world in the most prestigious international culinary contest (World Travel Awards).

Aseptic Process

At PACIFIC FRUIT, we combine ancestral knowledge on the cultivation of our country of origin with cutting-edge technology for the planting, gathering, inspection, and processing of fruits, as well as their distribution.

Our processing guarantees that the final product maintains its organoleptic and nutritional properties. Furthermore, our aseptic technology helps stabilize the product enzymatically and microbiologically, due to exposure to high temperatures for a short period of time, which makes it possible to store the product without refrigeration, thus facilitating its transport and storage.
